Unit 1: Welcome to Dehli

The aim of this lesson is to enable students to talk and ask about tourist places in a new city, and to get directions and advice to visit places of their interests. When Hindi students visit India they should be able to make appropriate conversation with shopkeepers, taxi drivers, police, and people from other walks of the life. This unit deals with tourism-related issues and prepares the students to venture into the colorful world of India as tourists.
