Topic 5.5 – Root Form of a Parabola

Root Form of a Parabola uses the The Factor-Root Theorem to graph parabolas of the form [latex]y = a(x-r)(x-s)[/latex]. The axis of symmetry, and therefore the vertex is found easily in this case. Activities in this chapter help to connect the Root Form of a Parabola with the general and standard forms.
