3 Capabilities of GenAI

Non-exclusive list of capabilities of GenAI

  • Content Creation – generating original text (articles, stories, code), images (art, realistic photos), audio (music, voiceovers), and videos such as
    • prompting GenAI to create an abstract version of a family photo,
    • creating a K-Pop cover of a 70s rock classic,
    • using a text to video generator to quickly create video tutorials.
  • Summary & Translation – condensing long texts or translating between languages like
    • summarizing an interview to help with transcription,
    • translating a text from English to Portuguese to help with comprehension and accuracy,
    • or photographing a sign in a foreign country for an AI to translate.
  • Creative Assistance – aiding human creativity by generating ideas, drafts, or variations of content such as
    • brainstorming travel ideas,
    • drafting keywords before using a library database, or
    • creating various versions of an email based on tone and directness.
  • Personalization –  creating tailored content for individual users like:
    • creating a workout schedule based on workout types, free time in schedule and other criteria, or
    • generating a draft meal plan.
