Have you heard the term “civic”? What might be some examples of “civic participation”?
How does this connect to the idea of “power of the people”?

- What is “the press”, and what is its job?
- Can you name countries that don’t have laws to protect freedom of the press?
- What can happen in a country if the press, or media, doesn’t have free speech?
